The men of the Nigerian police force has apprehended a 22, years old, indigene of Benue State , Joseph Ogbu  who allegedly murdered his boss in cold blood.

According to the Police PRO Mr. Bala Elkana, the accu, sed was said to have had an argument with his boss that led to him stabbing her to death  Joseph Ogbu was an employee of one Miss. Oreoluwa John, 38, of No 4, Ogunlana drive Surulere axis of Lagos State. On Wednesday, 19, June, 2019.

Joseph was asked to clean the house around 9pm that faithful day and an argument ensued between him and his boss, Oreoluwa John, that led to him stabbing her with a kitchen knife. It was the shock of seeing the body of her daughter in the pool of blood that made her 89 year-old mother, Adejoke John to slump and died.

On seeing that both women are dead, Joseph Ogbu, raided the house of items such as electronics, handsets and some household items into his employer's toyoTo Camry salon car and attempted to escape to were he could not be found. Before, he was apprehended by the men of the Nigerian police force on patrol at the Ogunlana pin-down point. According to Elkana " A distress call was received from No, 4, Ogunlana drive, Surulere,  at around 3am of Thursday, 20th June, 2019. That Joseph ogbu of the above address has murdered his boss, Miss.

Oreoluwa John, by the Surulere division of the Nigeria police." The accused had confessed to have committed the crime in his statement to the police station  claims his employer asked him to clean the house around 9pm of Wednesday, 19, June, 2019, but an argument now ensued between them, that was what led to him stabbing her. The crime scene was sealed off and corpses of the victim has since been deposited at the Mainland hospital, Yaba, for autopsy. The Lagos State commissioner of Police Zubairu Muazu, has ordered the state C. I.D, Panti, Yaba to take over the investigation and charge the suspect to court.
