$15.6m Fraud: EFCC Go After Ex President's Former Aide, Lawyer

The ex-presidents former aide layer Waripamo-Owei Dudafa was apprehended by the EFCC over the sum of $15.6m on fraud.

The suit was filed before Justice Abdulazeez Anka of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Thursday. Listed as defendants in the charge were a legal practitioners which included: Amajuoyi Briggs, and one Demola Bolodeoku.

The EFCC is currently seeking to arraign them alongside five companies, namely: Pluto Property and Investment Company Limited; Seagate Property Development and Investment Company Limited; Trans Ocean Property and Investment Company Limited; Avalon Global Property Development Company Limited and Globus Integrated Services Limited.
